Stay up to date on announcements from Astro! These announcements may include new program launches, updates/changes to existing programs, and other news sent to the user logged into the account.
Email announcements from Astro are sent to Admin users on the account.
Action Needed
This section will alert you if you have any Declined Credits that need attention, if you have any programs currently set to Temporary Holding that need a distributor selected, and if there are any Billing issues.
For Declined Credits, you may have Free Good redemption or a Rebate redemption denied by your distributor. Make sure to check both the Distributor Free Goods Credit Status and Distributor Rebate Credit Batches report under the Declined section to make any adjustments in order to resubmit to your distributor for credit. For Temporary Holding, this means a distributor needs to be selected on a program you are enrolled in to receive credit. Make sure to check your Frequent Buyers, Offers, and any Adoption programs that you may be enrolled in. Here are articles with more information:
For Billing issues, the Primary Billing Contact Admin user on the account will need to go to the Actions > Billing Information page to make updates.
Offers from Top Brands
This section will show you upcoming Offers currently available for enrollment. You can select View More Upcoming Offers link to jump to the Offers > Available Astro Offers page.
The programs displayed reflect your store’s frequent buyer sales volume over the last 30 days and highlight the top three brands available Offers.
Pet Parents on your Astro Mobile App
This section will let you know how many customers who have visited the Astro Loyalty Mobile App. If you see a Green number, this shows how many new users have joined within the current month.
Astro Page
This section is tied to your Astro Landing Page. You will see a Checkmark if all sections have been filled out, an ! if there is partial information missing, or and X if the information was not entered.
You can click on the box to be taken to your Astro Landing setup page.

Marketing Suite
If you are signed up for our Marketing Suite; this section will display:
- Your most recent sent campaign, including the date it was delivered
- Your next scheduled campaign, including its send date
- The number of draft campaigns not yet sent
- The number of automated campaigns sent today
Offer Auto Enrollment
The Auto Enrollment feature allows you to auto-enroll in Offers for specific brands. Your store will automatically be enrolled for current and any future Offers from that brand. If you are using the Offer Enrollment feature, this section will show you how many current Offers are running and how many upcoming offers that you are auto-enrolled in.
Clicking this box will take you to your Astro Offers Auto-Enrollment Dashboard.
