Astro's Frequent Buyer Engine is a digital platform to manage all of your manufacturer sponsored Frequent Buyer Programs. Astro works to integrate and streamline the Frequent Buyer process by linking retailers directly to their distributors with real time automated reporting functions that allow retailers to track the progress of their Frequent Buyer credits.

Price: $50/month per location

Offers:

Astro Offers are set promotions created for you, the retailer, to give amazing and exclusive deals to your customers without having to deal with the hassle of paper coupons and clearing houses. Astro works with your favorite brand manufacturers daily to create exclusive deals for your customers every month. These Offers are only for Astro users and are not available to big box, e commerce, or non Astro retailers. This exclusivity allows you to drive store loyalty and ensures customers continue to frequent your business.

Price: Astro Offers is FREE to all retail members!

In House Programs:

A In-House program is any loyalty program that operates outside of a manufacturer sponsored program or offer. Most commonly these include programs for grooming, self service dog washes, nail trimming & other services, as well as programs for smaller feeder animals such as crickets.

Price: The first program is Free. Any In-House programs thereafter will be $5.00 for the first location and $1.00 for each additional location per program per month.

Loyalty Points:

This option allows you to offer points to your customers for participating in your events or buying certain items. Once a customer earns enough points, they are able to redeem the points for rewards set up by the store. Most commonly these programs are based on the amount of dollars spent where 1 point is equal to $1, but you can have points equal any dollar amount you wish.

Price: $20/month per location

Non-Astro Brand Programs:

These are programs that are built at the request of a retailer for a brand that does not have an Official published program on Astro.  Astro in no way guarantees fulfillment of these programs, this is the retailer's responsibility to secure for themselves. These are all considered Retailer-Self Fulfilled programs, so they do not report direct to a distributor, instead they generate reports under Retailer Free Goods Credit Batches that you can  export and email to whomever you have worked out a fulfillment agreement with (in most cases retailers work out a deal with their brand rep). Any Private label frequent buyer programs will fall under this category as well. 

Price: $10.00 for the first location and $2.00 for each additional location per program per month.
