1. If you haven't already, download the Astro Loyalty Mobile app to access your Frequent Buyer information.

You must have an email associated with your Astro Loyalty Pet Owner account in order to use the Astro Loyalty Mobile App. Contact your local Astro Pet Retailer to make sure your account has your email linked.
2. Click Contact Information.
3. Here you will find all of the contact, website, and location information related to your neighborhood pet shop.
4. The Astro App also makes it very easy to connect with your local pet shop. For instance, when you click on a location address, it will open your Maps application. When you click on a phone number, it will bring up your phone application. Some retailers even include a “Contact Support” button that will connect you with their support team.
5. Make sure your email address is entered correctly, then type your question or issue into the field provided. Once finished, ‘Submit’ your request. Now you can refer to your email inbox for their response.
