My Loyalty Points | Astro Mobile App | Customer View
If your Neighborhood Pet Store has a Loyalty Points Program, you will be able to track your progress and view reward opportunities here.
1. If you haven't already, download the Astro Loyalty Mobile app to access your Frequent Buyer information.

You must have an email associated with your Astro Loyalty Pet Owner account in order to use the Astro Loyalty Mobile App. Contact your local Astro Pet Retailer to make sure your account has your email linked.
2. Click My Loyalty Points.
3. Recent Activity will display your current points total along with the date it was last updated. Below the My Points total, you will see all transactions where you spent your points on rewards or earned points for completing qualifying purchases or specific actions.
Points Reward transactions will show the name of the reward you received, the date it was redeemed, and the number of points it cost you.
Points Earned transactions will show the method in which you earned points - whether it’s by completing a purchase- such as these here. Or by completing an action, such as these 100 points rewarded during your pet’s birthday month.
4. To see all of the possible rewards available to you, click the Rewards tab.
5. Here, you will see the name of each reward and the points required in order to redeem it. Check back here often since many Astro Retailers update their rewards rather frequently.
