How to Checkout & Redeem OFFERS | FranPOS Android Integration
Make sure you are enrolled in Astro Offers in your Astro account: How to Enroll in Offers | Astro Offers
Offers will take 24 hours to load into FranPOS.
Redeeming Rebate Offers:
1. Add a customer to the order on the register.
2. Add the customers items to the register.
3. Select Discount under Charge.
4. The Offer should show on the pop-up window. Click on the Offer you are trying to redeem for the customer.

5. It will highlight the Offer in blue, then select Save.
6. You will then see that the discount is automatically applied to the sale and you can then finish the transaction.
**Note that the discount will only apply correctly if the Product Code or SKU in FranPOS matches exactly what is provided by Astro**
Redeeming Free Goods Offers:

1. Add the customer to the order on the Register.
2. Add the qualifying items to the card.
3. Select Charge. Order will then sync with Astro.

4. A pop-up will appear if a customer has rewards available and select "Yes"
6. Select the item you want the reward to apply to.
7. Click on Select to apply the reward.
8. The item in the cart will reflect the free price and continue through the payment screen as usual.
9. Tax will be applied if selected in the back-office setup.
