Include or Exclude Items from Loyalty Points | eTail Pet Integration
You can choose to include or exclude any of your items from your Loyalty Points program with the eTail Pet Integration.
1. Make sure to have your Astro Loyalty Points setup and make sure your loyalty points event is set to Yes for Restapi Event. If you need help getting your points created or would like to utilize this service, please contact our support team:
support@astroloyalty.com
2. In your eTail Pet POS, go to Manage Catalog. In this example we will be using the Sellit Plus version.
3. On your Product list, select the item you want to Include or Exclude.
4. There is a checkbox for "Is Astro Loyalty Points Eligible?" If the box is checked than this item will be included in your Loyalty Points. If you uncheck the box than this item will be excluded from the points program.
