When do I get paid?

Payments are issued once per month, typically around the 20th of the month following program close, after manufacturer approval.



Why didn’t my payment go through?

The most common reason is incorrect or incomplete ACH banking information.

If your ACH payment fails:

  • You will receive an automated email notification

  • Update your banking information in Astro

  • Payment will be included in the next monthly payment run


Will Astro contact me if my ACH info is wrong?

No. Astro sends automated system notifications only.
Retailers are responsible for correcting banking details in the platform.


Can I get paid sooner?

No. Payments are processed on a monthly schedule only.
Astro does not issue off-cycle or manual payments.


Who do I contact with questions?

For program questions, contact the brand sponsor.
For banking updates, log into Astro and update your ACH information directly.
