How Do I Redeem RetailPet Reward?

If you completed the brand training on RetailPet, then you should be able to get your reward from your store and mark what items you took in RetailPet. If the item you selected had an Astro Icon next to it, then RetailPet sends Astro the item information which is enter into your Astro account as a redemption and sent to your distributor for credit. You do not redeem the item directly in Astro.

Retailpet Reward Declined:

When completing the Retail.Pet trainings, the employees should be able to get their reward from the store.  If you don't have the product in store, then it would need to be ordered first before redeeming it on the Retail.Pet side. Once redeemed on the Retail.Pet side, the item information is sent to Astro then sent to your distributor for credit. If the distributor declined due to no purchase history for those items, then once you have purchase history with your distributor, then you should be able to resubmit those redemptions for credit on your Distributor Free Goods Credit Status report.

Redeemed Wrong Item and Declined:

With how the Retail.Pet redemptions are set up, there is no way to change the redemption item for a different item in order to resubmit in Astro. If you need to change the redemption for the Retail.Pet reward, I would recommend reaching out to Retail.pet at hello@retail.pet if they are able to reverse the selected items on their end. If they can allow the rewards to be reselected, we can remove the decline ones on our end. 


RetailPet Is Saying I Don't Have an Astro Account, But I Do!

If you have an Astro account setup already, then we recommend contacting hello@retail.pet if you are receiving a popup stating to sign up for an Astro account.
