How to Remove a Purchase or Frequent Buyer Card | Checkout
How to Remove a Punch/Purchase:
In this example, we will go over how to remove a single purchase from a card.
1. Go to Checkout.

2. Lookup the customer.
3. On the customer's card, click the punch for that item that you want to remove.
You can select Expand Details on the card to see which punch is associated with the item or you can hover the mouse over the punch to see the item description.
4. A pop-up window will appear. You can then select Remove Transaction.
5. Once you click on Remove Transaction, you will get another pop-up asking if you are sure you want to delete the purchase.

6. If you selected "OK" in the step above, you will now see that the transaction has been removed. You can then click on "Checkout" on the left side to finish.
In this example, since the card only had 1 punch on it the card is also removed in this case.
How to Remove a Frequent Buyer Card:
This example will go over how to remove a whole frequent buyer card from the customer's account.
1. Go to Checkout.

2. Lookup the customer.
3. On the Checkout screen, click on Expand Details for the card in question.
4. There will be an option to "Remove Card & Transactions."
5. A pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you want to permanently delete the card.

6. If you selected "OK" in the above step, the the card will be removed from the customer's account. You can then click on "Checkout" on the left side to finish.
