In the scenario that you have an existing Astro customer and that customer is already setup in your Shopify admin, you simply need to link their Astro account to their Shopify account so future purchases are recorded properly. 

1. Click on Add Customer button in Shopify. 

2. Search for the customer in Shopify. 

3. Add the customer's purchase(s) to the sale. 

4. Click on the Astro Loyalty button. 

5. It will search for the customer in Astro. If it pulls up the correct customer account click on Link Customer. The integration uses Email to match the customers. 

6. You will now see the customer's Astro Pet Owner account information. Here you will be able to see any Frequent Buyer cards they have or if any Offers can be applied to their purchase. If you have the Astro Loyalty Point feature, you will also be able to see their total Points amount.
