Submit New/Missing UPC | Frequent Buyer

How to Submit a New/Missing UPC for Frequent Buyer Programs:

If an item is not coming up on Astro, you can submit the upc to us and our team will look into adding the items into the programs as quickly as possible! Depending on the program, we may need to reach out to the Manufacturer for confirmation to add the UPC to the program. 

1. Select the Frequent Buyer tab.


2. Select Submit/Missing Frequent Buyer UPC option.


3. Choose the program. 


4. Enter in the the Item Description and the UPC number. Then select Submit New Item


5. Then you will be taken to this page. Once submitted, the information is sent to our team to review.
