AI Support Assistant

We offer an AI-powered support assistant (the “Assistant”) that answers questions about programs, program rules, and offers you have access to through the Astro portal. Your use of the Assistant is subject to these terms.

The Assistant’s primary purpose is to answer frequently asked questions, drawing on our knowledge base as a source, to help you use the Astro system and to address questions and issues relating to the loyalty programs available to you.

The Assistant is limited to topics relating to the Astro system and the loyalty programs available to you. It is not designed to answer questions outside that scope, and any response it may give to an out-of-scope question is not authorized or supported and should not be relied upon.

Informational Only

The Assistant provides general information for convenience only. Its responses are AI-generated and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not constitute a commitment, approval, or guarantee of eligibility, reimbursement, or any offer. You remain responsible for verifying program rules and offer terms before acting on them. Nothing the Assistant says modifies or overrides your existing terms, including the provisions governing reimbursement and program disputes.

No Change to Existing Terms

This section does not alter your existing rights or obligations. In particular:

  • Reimbursement and program-dispute matters. 

  • Program eligibility and access are determined by the manufacturer through the Astro portal, not by the Assistant.

  • Where the Assistant’s response conflicts with your written terms or actual program rules, the written terms and rules control.

Program Access

The Assistant reflects the programs and offers made available to you by the relevant manufacturer through Astro. Access to particular programs is controlled by the manufacturer. If a program is shown to you in error, we may correct the access and the manufacturer determines any resulting credit.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Assistant only for your legitimate business purposes and not to attempt to extract information about programs or retailers you are not authorized to access, or to misuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of using the Assistant at any time by clicking the opt-out button at the top of the assistant or sending your request to support@astroloyalty.com. Opting out disables your access to the Assistant and does not affect any other part of your relationship with us.
