If the customer would like to sign up for the Astro Loyalty program via the kiosk, they are able to do this by clicking the Tap Here to Register button at the bottom of the kiosk.

There are three steps the customer needs to complete in order to register.  First, the customer must enter their first name, last name, and phone number.  When the information is entered correctly, tap Continue.

Second, the customer needs to add their email address and confirm it.  When the email address has been entered, tap Continue.

Third, the customer will be asked to enter their pet’s name and the type of pet they have – cat, dog, horse, etc.  This step is optional.  When everything has been entered correctly, tap Submit Registration.

The customer will then receive an email letting them know that they have registered for Astro Loyalty at your business. The email will also include a link to create a password and will encourage you to get the Astro mobile app, which includes store information and current programs offered at the store.
