How to Enable | 1 | MyTime (Query String Integration)

Things To Know:

  • You must have an active Astro Loyalty plan. Learn more about Astro Loyalty plans here.
  • Astro Loyalty Integration is controlled by a hidden setting that only the MyTime team can enable. To enable the hidden setting, please contact their Support Team at support@mytime.com.
  • For franchise businesses, Astro Loyalty is configured at the child level.
  • When you configure Astro Loyalty on your MyTime account, an Astro Loyalty hyperlink will appear on the POS ticket when a product is added. By clicking the hyperlink, you will be routed to the Astro Loyalty checkout page and MyTime will transfer client information, ticket items and totals, etc, to your Astro Loyalty account.

Add Astro Loyalty Credentials on MyTime:

  1. Log into your MyTime account

  2. Expand the menu next to your name in the top right hand corner Dashboard_-_MyTime.png

  3. Select Location Setup from the menu

  4. Navigate to the Settings page Business_Settings__2_.png

  5. Select the Partners Integration tab Business_Settings__3_.png


  6. Contact Astro Loyalty for the API credentials. Once received, filter by the desired location and enter your Astro Loyalty API username and password (if you have multiple locations, credentials must be entered for each location).

  7. Click Save at the bottom of the page
