Visit the My Account menu to review and make changes to your Pet Owner Account. It's a good idea to check with your neighborhood pet shop to get more information about what types of communications they send via each delivery channel. Some pet shops will only send urgent messages like food recalls or business hour updates via SMS Text, while others may prefer to use all channels to send all of their communications, ensuring their customers never miss a thing.
1. If you haven't already, download the Astro Loyalty Mobile app to access your Frequent Buyer information.

You must have an email associated with your Astro Loyalty Pet Owner account in order to use the Astro Loyalty Mobile App. Contact your local Astro Pet Retailer to make sure your account has your email linked.
2. Click on My Account
3. You can edit your First and Last Name if you catch a spelling error or add your partner's name to your own if you wish to share your account with a member of your household. You can also add your mobile phone number, which your neighborhood pet shop can use to quickly look up your Pet Owner Account during checkout.
Since your email address also serves as your User Name when logging into the App, you are unable to update your email address from the App. If you need to update or edit your email address, you can do so in person during your next visit to your neighborhood pet shop.
4. Below your personal information, you will notice two toggle switches; one is for Email Notifications, and the other is for SMS Text Messages. You can use these toggles to control how your neighborhood pet shop communicates with you.
5. Below the notification toggles, you'll find links to Change your Password, read up on Astro's Privacy Policy, and Delete Your Account. This delete button will help you remove the app from your phone if you ever choose to do so.
6. Finally, don't forget to click the green Save Changes button if you make any edits to your name or contact info before leaving the App.
