Kiosk Sync Modes
The login information on the Kiosk app associates the kiosk with the cashier location. So, if you have more than one computer running Astro Loyalty, make sure to use the login credentials for the corresponding cashier location.
Choose “linked” or “unlinked.”
“Linked” will allow your customers to see their check-out process “live” on the kiosk. The Kiosk is controlled by the Astro Loyalty website.
The page will refresh to let you know that the kiosk is now linked. Select the Click to Preview button to view what the customer sees on the kiosk. Another tab will appear that previews the kiosk. The web preview lets you see how the programs will be displayed on your Kiosk.
To go back to the previous page, click the X to close the kiosk tab. You will be taken back to Astro.
“Unlinked” continuously scrolls through your selected program and offer slides and does not switch to customer purchase history at the time of check out.
Once you have logged into the app, the Astro Kiosk app will state that it is syncing and then will begin scrolling through the programs you have selected.
