This integration is only for Integra POS customers using the Pet Club module to run frequent buyer programs.

Integra has a POS Club Reporting module and there is a specific option to generate the data file needed for Astro Frequent Buyer submissions!
Firstly, make sure you are signed up for an Astro Loyalty account! If you are new to Astro Loyalty, you can sign up for an account here: https://www.astroloyalty.com/try-astro/
Once you have an Astro Loyalty account, you will need to enroll in the Frequent Buyer programs you want to participate in on Astro.

You will need to make sure that the Program Rules align in Integra Pet Club with the Program Rules in Astro.  Please reach out to Integra regarding Pet Club.

Integra has an Astro Export option to the frequent buyer program.  You can run the export routine, and the software extracts customer redemption records along with supporting sales activity for the club program and time frame specified, and builds a data file that can be emailed to Astro directly at: posreports@astroloyalty.com
You can select which frequent buyer programs you want to participate in, along with how frequently you want to submit redemption information to Astro.  Most common is submitting the reports monthly. 
The following steps are consistent across all Integra retailers to produce the Astro Report for Frequent Buyer Redemptions:

From Point of Sale...
    1. Select Maintenance Menu
    2. Select Club Maintenance
    3. Select Customer Club Report
    4. Select X to Export Frequent Buyer Club data for ASTRO

After that, the specific steps you would follow vary widely based on your system configuration and data variables.  Please contact Integra Support for additional guidance on the export process. 



Make sure the report follows the specific format for Astro. Here is an image example:
