How to Checkout & Redeem Offers | Pinogy Integration

Setup:

1. Make sure you are enrolled in Astro Offers. On how to enroll in Astro, please see this article: How to Enroll in Offers | Astro Offers

2. In Pinogy, make sure your Offers is enabled under your Add Ons > Configure
For multiple locations, make sure it it checked for each location that is participating in Offers. 


How to Redeem Free Goods Offers:

1. In the Cash Register, add the customer to the sale.
 

2. Ring up the items being purchased in the POS. 
In this example, we will be doing a Buy 1 Get 2 Free Offer. 


3. Select Pay. This will check if the customer qualifies for an Offer. 


4. If there is an Offer available, you will get a pop-up to select the item(s) to be redeemed. Click on the number to update the quantity. 
In this example, we will be redeeming one of each flavor. 


5. The discount will automatically be applied to the sale. It will show as a rebate in the POS. You can now collect the customer's payment and Finish the sale. 


How to Redeem a Rebate Offer:

1. In the Cash Register, add the customer to the sale.
 

2. Ring up the item(s) being purchased in the POS. 
In this example, we will be doing a $5 Off Offer.  


3. Select Pay. This will check if the customer qualifies for an Offer. 


4. The discount will automatically be applied to the item. It will show as a rebate in the POS. You can collect the customer's payment and Finish the sale.
