Customer Returns | Lightspeed via Web Browser | Partial Integration

If you didn't make a custom Astro button on your Refund sale yet, please view this article first:  Enable & Setup Custom Button | Lightspeed Integration via iPad

1. Select Refund


2. Make sure the customer is selected in Lightspeed.


3. Add in the item they are returning. 


4. Click your custom Astro Loyalty button. 


5. Click on ' Remove From Astro FBC' button. 


6. A pop-up to confirm removing the purchase. 


7. Select Checkout. 


8. Select Finish to save the changes to the frequent buyer card. 


9. This will take you back to Lightspeed to finish issuing the refund payment.
