How the Customers Can Re-subscribe to Emails | Mobile App
If a customer unsubscribes to your emails they will receive this email below:
However, if they want to opt back in to receiving your emails they can toggle the option back on via the Astro Mobile App.
Here are the steps the customer can take:
1. If the customer has not downloaded the mobile app, here are the links to the app stores:
2. Customer can log into the Astro Mobile App via mobile device. Then go to My Account.
The customer will need to have an email associated with their Astro account at your store in order to log in to the mobile app first.
3. The customer can toggle on and off the email option. Green is On and Grey is Off. Then Save Changes.
