Custom Program Participation Report | Retailer Reports Menu

If you subscribe to Custom Progams you will also have access to a participation report for them within your Reports header menu.

Custom Program Participation:

1. Go to your Reports menu as an Admin user.
 

2. Select Custom Program Participation. 


3. Visually, this report will appear a little different than other Participation reports. The reason for this is because there are two kinds of Custom Programs - Free Good Programs and Cash Back Programs.

The example below is for both a Free Good program and a Cash Back program. Cards PunchedItems Sold and Rewards Earned all have numeral links that you can click on to expand the details of the report for that category. The Item Value, Reward Value, and Redeemed Value will only present you with information if you are running a Cash Back program. The report will default to Today, if you want to change the view to Yesterday or to a Custom Range you will need to click the Refresh button after you make your desired selection.

The main page of this report gives you an overview of all the Custom Programs purchases in your store. You can see how many different customers, how many cards, items sold, rewards earned and rewards redeemed.


Cards Punched:

If you clicked on the number in this column, you will see the customer's card and how many punches are on their card. 


Items Sold:

If you click on the number in this column, you will see the purchase information. It will show you the customers Name, Purchase Date, Item Code (UPC listed for your Custom Program Items), Item Description, Item Quantity, and Item Value (If a Cash Back Program).


Earned Rewards: 

If you click on the number in this column, you will see the reward information. It will show you the customers Name, Item Code, Item Description, Item Quantity, Item Value(If Cash Back Program), Earned On Date, and the Redeemed On date. If the Redeemed On Date field is Blank, that means the customer has not yet redeemed their reward.
