Checkout & Redeeming OFFERS | eTail Pet SELLIT! PLUS POS

In this article we will go over redeeming a Free Good and Rebate type of Offers. 
Make sure you are enrolled in Astro Offers before proceeding: How to Enroll in Offers | Astro Offers

Checkout and Redeem Free Good Offers:

1. Go to New Sale. 


2. Enter the Customer's Name or Phone Number. 


3. Enter in the item they are buying for the "Buy X Get Y" type of Offer. In this example we will be doing a Buy 1 Get 1 deal. 



4. Enter in the item they are getting free. 


5. Select Astro Offer %. 


6. Select Apply Astro Offer on the pop-up. 

7. It will discount the free item. Select Payment. (The customer's may still need to pay taxes on their free item, please consult your state laws for more information) 
Once you click Apply Astro Offer, you can not make any edits to the sale unless you remove the Offer first by clicking the "Remove Astro Offer" button. 


8. Enter in the payment method and Finish Sale. 


Checkout and Redeem Dollars Off/Rebate Offers:

1. Go to New Sale. 


2. Enter the Customer's Name or Phone Number. 


3. Enter in the item they are buying. In this example we are adding a Dr. Marty's Rebate item. 




4. Select Astro Offer %. 


5. Select Apply Astro Offer on the pop-up. 

6. It will discount the free item. Select Payment. (The customer's may still need to pay taxes on their free item, please consult your state laws for more information) 
Once you click Apply Astro Offer, you can not make any edits to the sale unless you remove the Offer first by clicking "Remove Astro Offer". 


7. Enter in the payment method and Finish Sale.

To Redeem the Astro Discount, Please Add/Update The Customer Address Error: 

If you are experiencing this error message in eTailPet when ringing up a customer in their New Beta Sales screen, make sure the customer has their address listed in their etailpet account. 
Or you can using the previous "Legacy" sales screen to ring up the customer.
