This will show you how your customers can check out on your ecommerce site for Astro Offers.
Keep in mind that this demo account may look different compared to you ecommerce website
Selecting a Rebate Offer:
1. The customers can go directly to the Offers section on your site or they can search for the item they are looking for.
2. If they selected the Offers option, it will take them to the Loyalty Rewards page. Here they can click on Offers and see any active Astro Offers that you are currently enrolled in.
3. They will be able to see which items qualify for that Offer that you carry. They can select add to cart.
4. They will be taken to the product's information page and and can add directly to the Cart from here. They can also see the details of the Loyalty Rewards as well.
If a customer locates an item via a different search option, i.e. by Brands, using the search box, or selecting Search By they will still be able to select the Loyalty Rewards details to see that an Offer is available for that item.
5. When viewing their Cart, they can select their delivery option if you have different options and then can Proceed to Checkout.
6. They will need to go through the steps to enter in their payment information. If there are no promotion codes, then can select Continue to move to the next step.
7. On the Loyalty Rewards steps, they can select the Offers option. They should see a Redeem Now button for the Offers you are enrolled in and if the items in their cart qualifies.
8. Once selecting Redeem Now, if it was successful then they should see a green notification at the top and the discount applied to their transaction. Then they will need to select Continue to proceed.
9. Once they enter in their payment information, they can select Complete Checkout to finalize the transaction.
10. They will see a confirmation once the order has been placed.
Selecting Free Goods Offers:
1. The customers can go directly to the Offers section on your site or they can search for the item they are looking for.
2. If they selected the Offers option, it will take them to the Loyalty Rewards page. Here they can click on Offers and see any active Astro Offers that you are currently enrolled in.
3. In this example we are going to look at a Buy 1 Bag Get 2 Free Cans Offers.
4. They should be able to see the details of the Offer. They can added the eligible purchase items and the eligible free goods to their cart.
They need to have BOTH the items they are purchasing and the ones that they will be getting for free in their cart.
5. Once they have all their items in the cart they can proceed to checkout.
Since we are doing a Buy 1 Large Bag and Get 2 Free Cans Offer, I have the large bag and 2 cans added to my cart.
6. When they get to the Loyalty Rewards section, they can select Offers. There will be a Redeem Now button.
7. They should see a green notification if their redemption was successful and the discount applied automatically then they can continue to the payment part.
If the cart doesn't have all the correct items that qualify for the offer than the customers may get this error. Either the items in their cart do not qualify or they don't have all the items required to redeem it.
In this example, I only added the bag I was purchasing and none of the cans, so because I was missing the cans that would've gotten for free the Offer would not redeem till I added those items to my cart.
8. Once they enter in their payment information, they can select Complete Checkout to finalize the transaction.
9. They will see a confirmation once the order has been placed.
